Yes. Every trip we run is private by default — your own vehicle, your own guide, your own pace. We customise each itinerary according to your needs, and we do not put you in a shared vehicle with strangers unless you specifically ask for a group departure to reduce the cost.

Yes. Flexible payment plans are available. A deposit confirms your booking and holds your accommodation, and the balance can be spread over instalments up to your departure date. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer and major credit cards.

Absolutely. We have family-friendly packages with family rooms, shorter drive times, child car seats on request, and guides who are genuinely good with children. A few luxury camps have minimum age limits — we will tell you upfront which ones.

Yes. Airport pick-up and drop-off are included on all our multi-day packages, at both Jomo Kenyatta International and Wilson. Your guide meets you in arrivals with a name board.

Kenya is a year-round destination. July to October is peak season and coincides with the Great Migration in the Maasai Mara. January to March is hot, dry and excellent for game viewing with fewer vehicles. The long rains fall in April and May, when many camps close or drop their rates significantly.

Neutral colours (khaki, olive, beige), layers for cold early mornings, a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars and a camera with more storage than you think you need. Avoid blue and black — they attract tsetse flies. We send a full packing list once you book.

Most visitors need an eTA for Kenya, applied for online before travel. Yellow fever vaccination is required if you are arriving from a country with risk of transmission. We recommend speaking to a travel clinic six weeks before departure.
